  Been dying to try this place since I always see it while driving by and finally the chance today. Clean, simple, friendly, and fast service which is exactly what I was looking for. The food wasn't anything special but delicious nonetheless. I only got breakfast so what can be special about that anyway? Prices are on point for everything you get. I'd recommend to everyone not looking to be blown away but just wants a quick bite to eat.
  
  There's also a tv and Who Wants to be a Millionaire was on so that was a plus. They even offered to put something more friendly on for my son.

  I apologize, but I call them as I see them. I was in a hurry and having driven by this place many times, I decided to stop by the day after Independence day, as I was in a hurry. The ambience is quite run down, but that doesn't bother me. if the food was great, I'll Beyonce has little value to me.
  I had the two egg special, over easy with home fries and rye toast. I've made it clear to all of my readers, that any place with hashbrowns will be a favorite of mine because it's an endangered species on American breakfast menus. Hashbrowns was not on their menu, but home fries was. These home fries were basically diced up potatoes deep-fried with no seasoning no salt nothing. They were absolutely awful.
  Other than that, my eggs were OK but you can't really mess up eggs unless you really try. My Rye toast could've been done a little bit better. I'm sorry, but I won't be going back.

  Very fast service.  We tried the avocado toast, Belgium waffles (comes with 3 free toppings. We chose fresh strawberries,  caramel and chocolate chips), and also ordered 2 eggs with sausage links. Everything was excellent. I liked that the breakfast potatoes were very crispy on outside and fluffy soft on inside.

  Don't get the steak and eggs. Steak was very cheap and not cooked. I had to send it back and I never send back food.

  I really like the set up of this location. The atmosphere is very cute and welcoming. The service was very friendly and pretty quick.
  
  Hot chocolate was great, and the pancakes are a great size. The taste was good but nothing i would go crazy over. My friends omelette was unusually small, im not sure if it was because it was egg whites and they just dont use extra eggs to make sure its the same size or if that is the portion you normally get. I really liked that the small and family run vibe from this spot. Will have to come back to try it out again.
